Publisher Description
ShiftPoint assists new truck drivers in shifting gears.
ShiftPoint is a GPS based app which helps new truck drivers in smooth shifting gears.
ShiftPoint continuously monitor your speed and the grade path, and displays the correct gear and rev point on the screen.
Since this gear assistance is available all the time, new drivers can just focus on the road with complete peace of mind.
ShiftPoint protects your transmission and saves fuel by avoiding unnecessary revving and grinding.
ShiftPoint can be used for any vehicle with manual transmission, but more appropriate for those non synchronized transmissions used in semi trucks.
A one time setup makes this app understand the shifting behaviour of your truck and you can use it for ever.
ShiftPoint doesn't need any network or data plan. It just uses the GPS signals.
Longer use of ShiftPoint may consume more battery power as the screen stays awake all the time.
You assume the total responsibilities and risks for using this app.
